Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are working with a successful local contractor. They pride themselves on their work and the projects they build are built to the highest level.
They are renowned for their consistency and quality for service delivery, as well as service innovation and development. They operate in many sectors including commercial, governmental and industrial just to name a few. With projects lining up for 2025/26, they now require another Site Manager to boost the team.
The position would suit a Site Manager with at least 5+ years of experience. Ideally you have been exposed to working on both new build and refurb schemes in the $5 Million - $20 million range.
To be a success story in the office you will be comfortable with the following.
Related construction qualificationSuccessful ability to work in a small team environment
Comfortable with ordering materials and related Sub Contractors
Excellent communication skills with PM/QS's
Solid understanding of Health and Safety
Exceptional eye for detail
Keeping to deadlines and program
