Senior Client Manager
This role involves the professional management and growth of a profitable client base on behalf of the company. Working across our Queen Street and Remuera branches and reporting to the Branch Manager, the Senior Client Manager will provide service excellence and proactive promotion of our products and services to existing and prospective clients.

- You will be the primary relationship manager for a medium - complex portfolio of customers, offering a superior level of customer service
- Ensure that you value all time spent on customer activities and servicing customer needs is appropriately recorded
- Provide accurate and timely advice to clients on technical matters related to products and services, including Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning, among others.
- Lead, coach, and mentor your team of Client Assistants to foster development, growth, and exceptional client service.
- Manage end-to-end service delivery for our customers, primarily tasks such as ongoing administration and compliance of Trusts and Agencies while utilising your knowledge to support the team withestate management, drafting Wills & Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Achieve revenue and operating profit targets for both yourself and your team.
- Identify and develop opportunities to generate additional new business and revenue.
- Achieve the sustainable growth of the business in a compliant environment while supporting your team to do the same.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and fellow Senior Client Manager to drive the business operations, growth and revenue goals of the team
- 3-5 years of relationship/account management experience in a professional services environment.
- Proven experience leading a team and driving performance through excellent people management.
- Trustee and Financial services industry experience is strongly preferred. While strong professional communication skills are necessary, we will provide full training to help you confidently advise clients and promote our offerings.
- Tertiary education, preferably in commerce or law, is desirable, or relevant Trustee Experience.
- Strong customer service ethic and attitude.
- Acts on opportunities identified through client relationships and demonstrates a full understanding of individual client needs.
