## The Role
We're expanding our team and seeking an exceptional Client Support & Personal Assistant to join our growing business. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our company owner while supporting our valued business clients.
### Key Responsibilities- Subscription Administration: Manage client subscription renewals and payments
- Client Support: Handle outgoing and incoming support calls/emails
- Client Training: Providing comprehensive client training
- Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and perform data entry tasks
- Personal Assistant Duties: Support the owner with various administrative tasks
- Position: Self-employed contractor
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM (school hours friendly)
- Location: Work from home anywhere in New Zealand
- Start Date: Immediate start preferred
- Reporting: Direct reporting to the company owner
## What We're Looking For
### Essential Requirements- Minimum 5 years of B2B client support experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with appointment scheduling tools and CRM software
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Reliable home office setup with computer, internet access, and quiet workspace
- Professional, friendly, and solution-focused approach
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
