Warehouse Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-performing warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all warehouse activities.
Your duties will include supervising staff, coordinating workflow, and maintaining inventory control while also remaining hands-on when required. You will support the team with picking orders (including Reach truck operation), put-aways, replenishment, and general warehouse organisation.Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive environment will be a key part of your responsibilities.
You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure targets are met, staff are supported, and processes are continuously improved. Training and mentoring team members will also form part of your role.Working days are Monday to Friday – no weekend work required.
Day shifts: 7:00am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm.
This is a temporary role with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position after 3 months. Please apply only if you are seeking long-term employment.
About You:- Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
- Current Reach forklift license (essential)
- Stockpicker or Man Up license (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
- Experience with RF scanning and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
- Reliable, committed, and focused on long-term career growth
- Own reliable transport
