The Ebbett Dealership Group is one of the largest automotive retailers in New Zealand and has been a trusted name in the automotive business since 1928.

We're currently looking for an Administration Manager to join our busy team at Ebbett Rotorua.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years' proven administration experience. While previous experience in a dealership environment is highly regarded, a strong background in general administration is just as important!

You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
  • Accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation
  • Vehicle administration
  • Processing warranty receipts
  • Supervising site maintenance
  • Receptionist duties
  • NZTA processing
  • Health and Safety representative and supervision
  • Various other responsibilities crucial to site operations
