As a key member of the Onuku team, you will work closely with our Farm Manager to ensure the wellbeing of our livestock and success of daily farm operations. You’ll bring leadership, hands-on skills, and a proactive approach to stock health, feeding, staff mentorship, infrastructure management, and innovation adoption.

• 10+ years of experience in sheep and beef farming, with a proven performance/leadership record and team orientated approach
• Strong livestock, animal health, and feed management expertise.
• Skilled in staff supervision, health and safety, farm machinery, and digital recordkeeping.
• Competence in using modern technology tools to support decision-making (Farmax, feed budgeting systems, animal wearables, computer based programmes)
• A collaborative mindset with a commitment to whanau, whenua, and tikanga Maori.
