Mō te tūnga | About the role As our Manager Health, Safety & Wellbeing, you'll be one of four regional leaders reporting directly to the Director Business Partnering

In this pivotal role, you'll partner with leadership teams across all our business units to drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and wellbeing culture, systems, and performance.
You'll lead a small, dedicated team of business partnering professionals, coordinating their efforts to deliver strategic, high-impact initiatives.Your ability to lead, build effective relationships, and influence upwards will be crucial.Our Health, Safety & Wellbeing Managers are expected to provide strategic and analytical advice to senior leaders and support the effective delivery of strategic programmes to improve health, safety and wellbeing outcomes at a regional level.
