Manage the operation according to sale of liquor and food hygiene regulations.
Contributing to managing the beverage stock systems and costing.
Follow systems with precision consistently and have an eye for detail.
Passionate and curious to learn more about food, wine, and cocktails.

The Role; Leading a small team to set the scene, then managing the perfect Liberty dining experience for our guests at every service.
Responsibilities; Setting the example for professionalism, how to follow Liberty systems, and a genuine spirit of hospitality.Keeping the spaces perfectly clean and tidy for our guests.
Building the team skills and knowledgeManage the operation according to sale of liquor and food hygiene regulations.
Contributing to managing the beverage stock systems and costing.
Contributing to digital marketing.
Attributes of the successful candidate; You are; A seasoned restaurant host and natural team leader with cocktail and bar experience.Follow systems with precision consistently and have an eye for detail.
Passionate and curious to learn more about food, wine, and cocktails.
