What you'll be doing
- Manage and lead the team including rostering, training and performance management
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout the kitchen
- Manage kitchen stock, inventory and ordering to optimize efficiency and profitability
- Handle customer and members complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Liaise with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement and growth including the implementation of promotions
- Maintain compliance with all relevant Food control requirements as well as all health and safety regulations
- Significant experience (3+ years) in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong financial management skills, including experience in inventory control and cost optimization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with customers, staff and management
- Thorough understanding of the Food Control Plan application, health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
