FleetPartners is an ASX listed established leader in vehicle fleet leasing, fleet management and diversified financial services across Australia and New Zealand and offers consumers, businesses, and governments access to solutions including fleet leasing, fleet management services, novated leasing through its suite of brands.

THE ROLE:

Based in our Ellerslieoffice, this customer‑centric role supports our smallest SME customers and plays a key part in the early stages of our new‑business journey. You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries - providing exceptional service, answering product questions, and helping customers understand the right solutions for their needs.

Larger fleet opportunities will be passed to our BDMs, and you’ll support them with quotes, tender preparation, customer financial reviews, and guiding prospects through credit and onboarding steps.

You will work closely with sales, customer experience and operational teams to keep information flowing smoothly and ensure every customer receives a timely, professional and positive experience. This role combines customer service, lead qualification and commercial administration, helping the business achieve strong NPS outcomes while giving you hands‑on exposure to the full sales cycle.

It’s an ideal pathway for someone interested in developing into a future sales role (without sales targets or cold calling!)

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Drive early customer engagement by understanding customer needs, asking the right questions, and matching them with the most suitable solutions.
  • Generate accurate customer quotes within required timeframes, ensuring information is complete and clear for both customers and the sales team.
  • Balance exceptional customer service with strong commercial awareness, supporting both immediate customer needs and longer‑term business goals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through conversations and enquiries, providing consultative support and helping the sales team shape compelling value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate throughout their journey.
ABOUT YOU:
You’re someone with genuine hunger to grow your career and a strong interest in moving into sales. You bring passion, curiosity and a customer‑first mindset, and you’re ready for a role where you can learn, develop and build real commercial skills.

Whether you’re coming from retail, hospitality or another customer‑focused environment, you’re confident speaking with people and you take pride in delivering an exceptional experience every time.

You enjoy understanding customer needs, solving problems and supporting teams around you. You’re proactive, eager to learn and motivated by the idea of progressing into a future sales role with the right support and development.

You'll bring:

  • Strong customer service experience, ideally 2+ years in a customer‑focused or sales support role
  • Experience engaging with customers and building trusted, long‑term relationships
  • Confidence in asking questions, understanding customer needs and providing helpful solutions
  • A genuine desire to build a long‑term career in sales, with the hunger and drive to learn

THE PERKS:

We offer more than just a role:

  • 27 days of annual leave per year.
  • Fully subsidised Southern Cross health insurance, giving you access to quality healthcare
  • Enjoy hybrid work flexibility plus a well‑located office in Ellerslie with parking and public transport close at hand
  • Ongoing training to help you develop and grow with real career development opportunities
