C G Building Solutions is currently expanding our team as we focus on becoming specialists in high-end building. Due to a valued team member moving overseas, we are seeking a skilled builder who has specific experience in high-end residential construction to handle detailed building work.
Our projects include both renovations and custom-designed new builds, along with smaller jobs that support our larger projects and allow us to provide excellent service to the local community. We have a strong pipeline of quality projects in the Southern Lake Taupo area, with some work in Taupo itself, and are looking to enhance our team to deliver work of the highest standard.Please note that experience in high-end building is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have proven experience in high-end builds and can provide references and/or photographic evidence to support this.
- Own their own work vehicle and tools.
- Have experience acting as a site lead, managing staff and subcontractors on-site.
- Possess a keen eye for detail.
- Are motivated to undertake challenging work that requires innovative thinking.
