- focused professional with a passion for supporting teams?We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Ātea a Rangi
- Strategy group at the Ministry of Justice.In the Office of the Deputy Secretary, you will work broadly across the business group, to provide high-level administrative support to teams across the business group.You'll coordinate meetings, book travel, support recruitment and onboarding, and act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders from across the Ministry in our corporate, facilities, and digital teams.
- Strategy business units with general administration.This role is full time, fixed term to 31 December 2025, backfilling for a secondment opportunity.
We are seeking someone that can ideally start immediately.
Ō pūkenga/Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in the role, you will have:demonstrable experience in a similar administrative support rolestrong communication and relationship-building skillsadvanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint)excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesa collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment,You will be working in a team that embraces tikanga Māori in the workplace.

Utu ā-tau/SalaryThe remuneration band for this role is $59,729 to $80,794- while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
