This is a part-time leadership opportunity offering 27.5 hours per week, perfect for someone passionate about retail, looking to take the next step in their career.
POSITION PURPOSE
As Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, elevate team performance, and create an environment where both customers and team want to be. You’ll play a key role in leading the daily operations of the business while building a high-performing, customer obsessed culture.

- Build team capability, confidence and engagement through strong leadership and presence on the shop floor.
- Drive a sales culture alongside the Store Manager that doesn’t just meet expectations - it smashes them.
- Ensure the team consistently deliver the yd. CLASS selling experience.
- Support with and execute VM standards by creating an impactful in-store experience.
- Conduct weekly store walks with the Store Manager to identify opportunities, celebrate wins and implement actions that drive results.
