This position serves as the point of contact for cardholders, ensures that credit card spend complies with financial policies and provides reporting on credit card usage.You will administer, monitor and control the compliance and use of credit cards/ incidental expenditure payment cards by Oranga Tamariki cardholders and approvers.This role is based in our Rotorua office.

Due to the operational requirements and dynamic nature of the role, it will be beneficial for you to have the close support of the team around you. Candidates for this role are required to already be based in Rotorua or be willing to relocate to Rotorua for this opportunity.Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bringKey requirements of the role include: Ability to effectively manage a variety of customer service issues with tact, diplomacy and in a confidential manner Strong analytical skills Thorough working knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service excellence Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated experience in running and overseeing a similar financial operation of this nature Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture Nōu te rourou | What's in it for youOranga Tamariki offer a step-based remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure.
