Senior Landscaper/Foreman - Queenstown Region

Position Overview:
In this hands-on position for an experienced Landscape Builder who will guide a small, dedicated team of landscaping professionals on a variety of projects. Your experience and leadership will be key to ensuring our clients receive top-notch workmanship delivered on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a small team of landscapers, making sure everyone is doing great work and hitting deadlines.
- Take charge of setting up steel and timber edging to give our projects a nice finish.
- Handle earthworks to prepare the site for planting and landscaping, ensuring everything’s ready to go.
- Oversee planting activities for residential projects.
- Build Fences, Retaining walls, Decks, Paving and Prepare and oversee the installation of Concrete finishes.
- Prepare and install lawns using the best techniques around.
- Prepare and oversee the installation of different types of pathways, and driveways.
- Liaise with clients regularly, updating them on project progress and answer any questions they might have.
Remuneration Package:
Work vehicle.Company mobile phone.
Complete staff uniform and PPE.
Competitive pay rate ranging from $40 to $45 per hour, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career advancement.
