Seeking L2, 3, or 4 NZQA Health and Wellbeing support worker

We are seeking a well-spoken, positive, and empathetic individual who understands the complexities of challenging behaviours and can offer patient, thoughtful support—particularly on difficult days.
We are seeking a fantastic support worker who has:
- A strong understanding of and experience with intellectual disabilities and dementia
- Experience working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively within a care team
- Availability for evenings and sleepovers
- Good comprehension of directions and ability to follow tasks accurately
What we need from you:
- Have consistent and long-term availability (we like to ensure continuity with our clients)
- A current, clean full driver's licence
- Minimum of Level 2 Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent)
- The legal right to work in NZ
- Previous experience as a caregiver/support worker with similar clients
- To be reliable, punctual, honest and caring
