We're on the hunt for a motivated Welder & Fabricator to join our Team. This hands-on role is open to entry-level applicants or experienced fabricators – if you’ve got a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Fabricate and weld structural steel components for rotary dairy sheds.
- Read and interpret technical drawings (training provided if needed).
- Perform MIG, and arc welding (on-the-job training available).
- Assist with on-site installation and assembly.
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
- Operate machinery and tools related to welding and fabrication.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of welding or mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a team and take direction.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Any prior experience in welding, fabrication, or rural/agriculture projects is a bonus – but not essential.
