• Working across a diverse range of projects - from new homes to commercial fit-outs
• Interpreting plans and executing precise, high-quality construction
• Collaborating with a skilled crew to meet deadlines and uphold craftsmanship
• Supporting or mentoring apprentices (if experienced in leading small teams)

• $30-$40/hour, based on your skills and experience
• Monday to Friday work only - enjoy your weekends off

• A Level 4 Certificate in Carpentry
• Proven hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction
• Strong attention to detail and excellent tool handling skills
• Your own reliable set of carpentry tools
• A positive attitude with a focus on health, safety, and teamwork
