Your role will be crucial in ensuring that communications and expectation management are timely and engaging, and that manual processes are streamlined for maximum efficiencyYou'll build positive and productive relationships with a wide range of people, and utilise your experience in a dynamic environment to juggle a myriad of activities
- including: Providing efficient, accurate, and timely administration, coordination, and office support services.
Managing diaries, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings and events.
Supporting the Corporate Services division with various administrative tasks.Assisting with financial management tasks such as processing invoices and managing contracts.
Actively developing processes to improve workflows for the team and across Transpower.You'll be both highly organised and flexible as business needs require.

You can check them out here Staff benefits | Transpower.What will you bringThis is a varied role that's essential to this future focused team, so you'll be someone happy working in our Wellington office ideally four or five days a week (flexible start and finish times) and in a busy environment requiring a proactive, flexible approach day-to-day.Mature minded, you'll be known for your solution focus and positivity, and exceptional customer service and organisational skills.You'll love building and maintaining relationships, working through regular and as required office administration tasks, like health and safety inductions.You'll be tech savvy, as you'll ultimately become a super user of the office systems, including Microsoft 365, financial, and travel systems, to name just a few.To be successful, your CV and covering letter will demonstrate: Proven experience in administration, coordination, or office support roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, including financial systems.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
