We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Worker to join a busy and supportive concrete manufacturing team.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing concrete pipes for the next stage of production, including minor surface repairs and ensuring structural integrity
• Assisting with the production of concrete products, ensuring pipes are properly formed and finished
• Loading cages and securing them using chains and lifting gear
• General housekeeping – sweeping and maintaining a tidy work space
• Inventory and stock checks
• What We’re Looking For:
• Strong reliability and excellent attendance
• Mechanical aptitude – comfortable around tools and machinery
• Confident with using computer for simple data entry
• Team player – works well with others in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and safety conscious, and have attention to detail
• Bonus: A current OSH Forklift Licence would be highly beneficial
