About the role:
You will be the go-to on-site leader, making sure installation teams are equipped, efficient, and delivering quality work safely and on time.
This job may work across multiple sites and plays a vital link between project teams, clients and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support site teams across installation projects
- Review work plans, set-out accuracy, and site readiness
- Monitor progress, flag snags early, and drive productivity
- Deliver clear reporting and feedback to internal stakeholders
- Coach and mentor team leaders and installers to lift capability
- Uphold Health & Safety standards - toolbox talks, audits, and culture setting
- Build positive site relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain documentation for variations, quality control, and handovers
- Proven site leadership experience in construction and installation
- Hands-on knowledge of building practices, and plans
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong operational and planning mindset
- Ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams
- A focus on quality, safety, and getting the job done right
- Has a calm, professional presence on site
- Can teach, train, and lead without micro-managing
