- Proven experience estimating timber frames and trusses necessary
- Full time contract on offer
THE GIG:
Our client is a well established frames and trusses manufacturer based out of Pukekohe, supplying quality solutions to residential and commercial construction projects throughout the Auckland region and the North Island.
As an experienced Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates for frames and trusses packages, working closely with the sales team, production and customers to ensure smooth project delivery.- Estimating frames and trusses from architectural and structural plans
- Preparing quotations and tender submissions
- Liaising with external and internal teams
- Reviewing plans for accuracy, buildability, and compliance
- Managing pricing, variations, and value engineering where required

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF:
- You have proven experience estimating timber frames and trusses (essential)
- Strong understanding of NZ building methods and standards
- Experience with Frameworks, MiTek, or similar estimating systems
- High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
