Padel Club Manager

Responsibilities:
- Taking payments and directing players to courts
- Court and club maintenance - Rejuvenation and fixing of astro-turf, cleaning duties, net-alignment and tightening
- Renting and sale of rackets, balls, padel equipment
- Coaching and introductory sessions for new players
- Management of booking system, payment system, communication channels
- Marketing - digital and traditional marketing activities
- Bar management - Upholding responsible sale and consumption of alcohol practices in accordance with law (can apply once on the job)
- Organisation and facilitation of tournaments, local and national
- Contacting companies for corporate events
- Building the brand by offering special events
- School coaching packages
- Cash handling experience
- Product knowledge of padel equipment - rackets, balls, grips, bags, etc.
- A keen interest in padel - played to at least an intermediate level
- Padel coaching experience
- Duty manager certificate for sale of alcohol (can apply on the job)
- Digital and traditional marketing experience
- Own transport is a must due to on-call hours
- Experience using online scheduling and payment systems
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience managing a padel club
