Required 2 x Experienced Sweetmaker / Bhuja Maker - Tokoroa Factory

Fresh Taste is a leading brand of Bhuja /Sweet manufacturer and wholesaler. Our products are retailed by major ethnic outlets throughout New Zealand. We are now expanding to cater for customers based on their Regional Indian tastes. We have a vacancy for an experienced cook to produce Namkeen / Sweets to suit Regional tastes (Gujarati, Punjabi & Rajasthani) for our brand, to be based at our factory at Tokoroa town south Waikato. The successful applicant will be required following :

Job Description
Prepare Recipes for products - cooking
Prepare recipes for blending into final products.
Cook Products according to recipes
Mix / Blend /Garnish products into final products
Amend Recipes if required (subject to characteristic changes of Raw material
Place order of raw material with buyer
Check/ approve raw material Quality
Maintain food & Safety /Hygiene standards in the work area.
Operate industrial fryers and machinery

Attend to product compliant

This is a full time position (40 Hours work)

Remuneration - $24-$31/hour
Qualification / Experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position

Other Requirements
Have or be able to obtain food & Hygiene certificate

Have or be able to obtain legal work status to work in New Zealand.
