As an Afterhours Consultant, you will:- Be the key point of contact for clients and staff outside standard hours
- Respond to urgent staffing requests and coordinate temporary placements
- Troubleshoot issues and communicate with on-call team leads where needed
- Ensure our clients receive seamless, professional service 24/7
- Confident communicator who remains calm under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in recruitment, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling and communication systems
- Available weekends and evenings on a rostered basis
