-term). The successful applicant will work join a dynamic and progressive multi-disciplinary team including Diabetes Dietitians, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurse Practitioners, and Consultant Endocrinologists, with a commitment to providing high quality diabetes care.You must be enthusiastic, self motivated, highly organised and be an excellent communicator.
