Dairy Farm Assistant

We have a well-paid 2-3 month farm assistant contract starting end Aug'25 for a working holiday visa holder to work on a farm in the Invercargill area. This is suitable for individuals and couples.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in - working outdoors, with animals, learning about unique way of life for NZ's most important industry while getting good pay and accommodation.

In exchange, the farm is looking for a worker who has some or all of the following:

• Good attitude and strong work ethic (mandatory)
• Previous experience with dairy farming
• Milking experience (ideally)
• Motorbike or quad driving ability (mandatory for some jobs not for all)
• Good English speakers who can listen to and follow instructions. Communication is key
• Valid drivers license (even an international license) and your own vehicle
• Can work outside under various conditions
• Can work rotating rosters
• Happy to live in shared accommodation (for some jobs not for all)

• Hourly wage +8% holiday pay = Accommodation provided
• Minimum of 30 hours and an average of 50 hours per week
