Duty Manager

Do you have the experience and what it takes to manage multiple departments and a team of 40 or more staff in the absence of our Store Owner, Store Manager and Department Managers.

We are looking for someone to join our team who is experienced and can take on challenges with a positive attitude, someone who's natural inclination is to go over and above while always striving for excellence.

We are seeking an individual who will have commitment to excellence and strong organizational and communications skills. They will also display high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic.

If successful you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all facets of the day to day operations of the store over the course of the designated shift / shifts as well as ensuring all staff are well versed in their ability to provide the best overall shopping experience for our customers.
