• $35–$40/hr salary for a qualified tech
• 42-hour week over 4 days - no overtime, no weekends
• Clean, organised workshop with serious standards
• Heavy investment in tools and technology:
• Factory tooling
• Multiple scan tools
• 4-channel scope
• Onsite vapour blasting, Mig and Tig
• Offshore technical help desk support
• Fully paperless using MechanicDesk software
• Every job is videoed and presented clearly to customers
• Autonomy in your bay, backed by morning and afternoon huddles
• Workflow planned properly - the board stays full
• Mistakes are owned, debriefed, and fixed. No blame culture
• Small team now, clear pathway toward Workshop Supervisor as we grow
• Self-containment certifying agency - variety and evolving work, not rinse and repeat

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles
• Handling complex jobs with care and accuracy
• Using scopes, scan tools, and factory data properly
• Following our documented processes and quality standards
• Communicating clearly with the team through digital systems
• Keeping your bay clean, organised, and efficient
• Adapting as the workshop and certification requirements evolve
