About the role
Working closely with the wider project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing high-quality project outcomes, providing strong technical leadership, and building trusted client relationships. You'll play a critical role in overseeing operations, planning and executing drilling programmes, and ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
This position offers significant responsibility and variety, with a mix of project management, operations oversight, and commercial execution. It suits an experienced professional with a background in drilling, geotechnical engineering, or civil construction, and a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
What you'll need:- 6-8 years' experience in civil, drilling, or geotechnical engineering
- Strong project management and client liaison skills
- Hands-on, solutions-focused mindset
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Professional, clear communicator (both written and verbal)
- Highly organised with an eye for detail and quality
- Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence
