Farm Worker/ Feedlot Operator - Gore

Our business also includes McClintock Contracting and Riversdale Gravel, offering a variety of work across multiple operations. We're currently seeking motivated a reliable individual to join our hard-working team.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily care and monitoring of cattle in the feedlot and on pasture (high attention to detail).

Feeding, pen cleaning, and administering animal health treatments.

Fencing, water infrastructure maintenance, and general farm repairs.

Assisting with cropping operations including seeding, cultivation and harvesting.

Operating tractors, loaders, and other farm machinery.

Accurate record keeping and compliance with safety protocols.

Flexibility to assist with McClintock Contracting and Riversdale Gravel as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in livestock handling and/or cropping preferred.

Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

Bring a positive attitude to every interaction and task.

Clearly and professionally communicate with team members and clients.

Competence with farm machinery.

Physically fit with a strong work ethic and a willingness to work outdoors.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid Class 1 Drivers license (Class 4,5, WTR Licenses are an advantage).
