About the Role!

• Customer Engagement: Connect with customers in-person, online, and over the phone to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales targets by showcasing Toyota's market-leading vehicles, including hybrids, SUVs, and commercial ranges.
• Product Expertise: Stay up to date on Toyota's innovative vehicles, features, and financing options to provide tailored solutions.
• Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and aftersales teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Showroom & Events: Represent Papakura Toyota at promotional events and maintain an inviting showroom environment.

• Sales Experience: While sales experience is not required (We will train you!), previous exposure to automotive retail or a related customer-facing role would be beneficial.
• Passion for Automotive: A genuine love for cars, preferably with knowledge of the Toyota brand.
• Customer-First Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building trust and rapport with customers.
• Driven & Results-Oriented: Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Confident communicator, able to explain complex vehicle and finance options clearly.
• Team Player: Collaborative, with a positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to team success.
• Adaptable & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, DMS systems, and digital sales platforms to track leads and manage customer interactions.
