Drainage Operator - Foreman

Lead and supervise civil drainage crews on stormwater and sewer projects

We are seeking an experienced Civil Drainage Foreman to lead crews across drainage, sewer and water infrastructure projects throughout the Wellington region. This is a hands-on role, leading from the front on site.

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Leading Hand in civil drainage
• Strong background in stormwater, sewer, still water works and services
• Experience supervising crews and coordinating site activities
• Full Class 2 licence minimum with WTR (Class 4 advantageous)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Competent with Health & Safety procedures and site compliance

• Willingness to be on the tools and in the trenches when required
• Confident running crews and setting daily tasks
• Take pride in quality workmanship and team performance
• High personal standards and strong work ethic
• Drug-free (pre-employment, reasonable cause, post-incident and random testing)
