The Opportunity
We operate a luxury trophy hunting lodge with fine dining and hospitality. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable front of house and housekeeping member to join our team surrounded by breathtaking mountain landscapes. This is an amazing opportunity to live and work in nature while being part of a friendly and supportive team.We can offer a chance to work in a great team environment with lots of opportunities to grow and take on further responsibilities
This role is for a fixed term of 6 months with the opportunity to become full time.Hours of work will generally be, but not limited to 10am – 8pm, 5-6 days a week depending on client requirements.
About the Role- Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas to a high standard
- Bar service, chef and kitchen support
- Ground care of the lodge surroundings
- Maintain a welcoming and tidy lodge environment
- Work efficiently and cooperatively with the team
- Ensure a great experience for our guests
- Client transfers and assistance
You will demonstrate a; • Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Previous bar/housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and team-oriented
