Experienced Residential Electrician

NZ Registered Electrician – Dunedin

We’re looking for a skilled and qualified Electrician to join a respected residential electrical company based in Dunedin Central. This role involves a mix of new builds, maintenance, rewires, and light commercial work across various sites around the Dunedin area.

You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, with a team that values safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship.

Day-to-day duties include:

• Installing and wiring electrical systems for new builds
• Conducting general residential maintenance and fault finding
• Interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Testing and inspecting electrical systems for compliance
• Communicating with clients and other trades on-site

You’ll need to have:

• A current NZ Electrical Practising Licence
• Full NZ Driver Licence
• Your own basic tools
• A clean criminal record
• A solid work ethic and ability to work well in a team
• Site Safe (we can help you get this if needed)
• We’ll also consider capable 3rd or 4th year apprentices

• Weekly pay – on time, every time
• On-site parking
• Potential for ongoing work
