All applicants must be passionate and have a good eye for detail. The position is full-time.
Key skills required include:
- Job handover including discussing client's:
o Designs, materials, colours.
o Timeframes.o Specifications.
o Agreed pricing.
o Shipping requirements.
- Processing sales orders within agreed timeframes including:
o Receiving Purchase Orders.
o Setting up job cards, task cards and instructions to all parties.o Assessing Certification requirements by liaising with the certification team.
o Hand over to the production or subcontractors, including ongoing oversight & support regards deliverables.
o Client updates as required.
o Arranging shipping and all documentation for goods being shipped/released to clients.
o Tracking and communication regards sales deliverables.
The successful candidate will:Have a work ethic that focuses on customer service and accurate record keeping. A strong commitment to teamwork is essential and a self-motivation to get sales.
Applicant must have good communication skills and NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
