About the Role:We're looking for a reliable, physically fit worker to join the Fielding-based team. This role covers the full scope of roofing services, from demo and prep to spraying, cleaning, repairs, and new installations on both residential and commercial sites.
You'll start as a roofer but be cross-trained in multiple areas, including scaffolding and spraying.
What You'll Be Doing:- Assisting with roofing, spraying, gutter cleaning, and maintenance tasks
- Supporting full roof demo and reinstallation processes
- Driving and maintaining company vehicles (Class 1 licence required)
- Working at heights and outdoors in all weather
- Using sprayers for mildew/mould control and roof preservation
- Collaborating with a tight-knit team of roofers, scaffolders, and sprayers
- $25-$35/hour depending on experience
- Guaranteed 40+ hours per week (Mon-Fri, some Saturdays)
- No work on public holidays - Christmas shutdown
- Ongoing training and cross-skilling across multiple trades

- Full Class 1 licence (manual experience preferred)
- Comfortable working at heights and in varied conditions
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Physically fit with clean ACC history
