Retail & Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a someone to join our small team to carry out order fulfilment and customer service, specialising in everything coffee!
Our office and warehouse is located in Rosedale. This role would be ideal for a university student looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of running a small online business, or for someone seeking part-time work after dropping the kids off at school.
At this stage the hours are:- Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 8.30am - 12pm
- Order fulfilment - preparing click and collect orders, as well as picking/packing web orders for dispatch.
- Customer service - replying to customer emails, sorting any warranties, exchanges, etc
- Receipting goods to our system and putting them away.
- Liaising with the team regarding stock replenishment.
- Website/product maintenance - product maintenance, blog creation and
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- A computer wiz
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Honest, Reliable and Punctual
- Past order fulfilment experience / customer or retail experience is a bonus
- Ideally have an interest in specialty coffee & coffee equipment
