Ngā kawenga | About the roleBased at Spring Hill Corrections Facility (SHCF) in the North Waikato and reporting to the General Manager, this position is critical to the success of our SHCF Senior Leadership Team providing high quality administrative support in a very busy operational environment!We are looking for an experienced candidate who has a mature approach to work and life, is a good problem solver and can handle whatever comes their way.
No day is ever the same.With a keen eye for detail, you will be instrumental in supporting our General Manager and their business unit, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external customers, juggling a multiple of priorities and continuously seeking out ways of streamlining tasks.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experiencePossessing exceptional communication and proven organisational skills, your duties and responsibilities will be varied including:Diary Management, email oversight and communication management for the General ManagerCo-ordination and organisation of meetings and other events on behalf of the General ManagerTravel and expenses coordinationReporting, presentations and management of general correspondenceMaintaining and updating records, systems and filesYou will be proactive in nature, quick to identify, address and resolve the needs of your customers.
