What You'll Do:

• Lead curriculum design, planning, and reflective practice
• Foster warm, respectful relationships with tamariki, whanau, and your team
• Support and mentor Kaiako, growing capability and confidence
• Ensure high standards of health, safety, and care are met daily
• Champion your room's vision and values while aligning with BestStart's philosophy

What You'll Bring:

• A Level 7 ECE or Primary teaching qualification and full certification
• Experience leading or mentoring a team (or the readiness to step up)
• A heart-led, collaborative approach to leadership
