Golf Matters is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic part-time Retail Assistant to join our small team in a fun golf environment. This is a people-focused role where you’ll enjoy getting to know our loyal membership base and delivering great customer service every day.
Key duties include:- Greeting and assisting customers
- Cash handling / till operation
- Answering phones and general enquiries
- Selling products and processing sales
- Re-stocking and merchandising
- Bookings and basic admin support
- General housekeeping
- Potentially opening and/or closing the store
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable and well presented
- Uses initiative and can work independently
- Friendly, team-focused, and a good sense of humor
- Great training
- Supportive team
- On-site parking
- Fun workplace in a sports setting
