Opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join a community focussed organisation in West Auckland to work collaboratively with business leaders to implement HR programs and initiatives.
The role is responsible for building strong relationships, providing expert HR guidance and driving the people strategy.

- Performance Management and Development
- HR Projects
We are looking for:
- Excellent working knowledge in all areas of HR
- Sound Knowlege of NZ legislation
- Strong communication skills
- Relationship building
- Ability to influence and constructively challenge others in a respectful and professional manner
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Generalist role
- Solid experience with employment relations
- Good problem solving skills
