Temporary Personal Assistant / Team Leader
This is a temporary 6-month contract, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting senior clinicians and teams while keeping operations running smoothly.
About the Role:
As the Personal Assistant / Team Leader, you will be the key support person to a team of busy specialists, managing their schedules, communications, and administrative needs. You will also help coordinate the wider admin team, ensuring that the centre’s operations remain efficient and patient-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level personal assistance to specialists and senior clinicians
- Manage calendars, clinic bookings, correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Support day-to-day operations across the centre
- Assist with staff rostering and general team coordination
- Ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery from booking to follow-up
- Help maintain clinic systems and support reporting requirements
About You:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a senior healthcare admin role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and patient management systems (experience with Medtech is a bonus)
- Professional, discreet, and proactive
- Available to start immediately
