Ruahine Property Works specialises in home improvements, renovations and maintenance. We are also the dealers for Garador and Stratco in our regions. Based in Palmerston North and Dannevirke, we cover the Manawatu, Tararua, and Central Hawkes Bay districts.
We are seeking a self motivated person to take control of sales in our Palmerston North branch and to assist with the continued growth we have experienced.
Role includes but is not limited to:- Visiting with clients to assess their required project
- Prepare and submit quotes / estimates in timely manner
- Follow-up submitted quotes / estimates as required
- Provide detailed handover of accepted jobs to operations team
- Ensuring that projects are completed within agreed timeframes and within budgeted expenditure
- knowledge of building practices and other trades
- ideally experience with renovation process
- trustworthy and reliable
- good communication skills – both written and verbal
- well presented
- can work by themselves or as part of a team
