Medical Receptionist - Full-time

Reception and administration responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Deal with patient enquiries
- Scheduling appointments, accepting & receipting payments
- Reconciling and processing daily banking
- Providing general office administration support as required, especially to the Practice Manager
- Ordering office supplies & stationery
- Maintaining office equipment
- Scanning and filing patient documents
- Enrolments, transfers in and out
- At least 1-3 years' experience as a Medical Receptionist (essential)
- Previous experience with Medtech Evolution (preferred)
- Have completed privacy training, HDC Code of Rights and other required training (preferred)
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Have strong "all round" administration skills
- Customer service experience
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Be able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Be able to prioritise and manage workload
- Be keen to learn new skills and work collaboratively within the team and accept direction
- A high standard and take pride in a job well done
