Dominos Greymouth is on the look out for an Assistant Manager to join our Team -
Requirements:- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience or a level 5 qualification in Business Management (or equivalent)
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Control food costs and oversee stock management to ensure product availability.
- Provide excellent customer service to our valued customers.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, including health and safety regulations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, primarily evenings and weekends.
- Maintain composure under pressure, ensuring smooth daily operations and readiness to serve high-quality products.
- Staff Scheduling: Roster staff to ensure optimal service levels.
- Training: Achieve 100% completion of all required online training, assist new staff in completion NEO courses, and manage staff compliance with policies.
- Compliance: Collaborate with MPI to uphold food safety standards, ensuring the store meets all audit requirements.
- Assist the Store Manager where needed
