Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS)

As our STMS, you’ll be responsible for supervising temporary traffic management setups, ensuring sites meet all CoPTTM/NZGTTM requirements, and supporting both our own civil team and external clients.

- Lead and oversee TTM setups
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and to standard
- Communicate clearly with teams, clients, and the public
- Operate TM trucks, signs, cones, and portable traffic lights
- Support TMP implementation and job planning
- Maintain a strong safety culture across all sites
- Current STMS qualification (any category; L1 essential)
- Solid practical experience on active worksites
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A great attitude and commitment to safe work
- Reliability and professionalism
- Must be based on Banks Peninsula or Christchurch, or able to travel reliably to both (transport from Tai Tapu provided)
