Reporting to the Regional Clinical Director- Nursing, this role partners with Managers and Team Leads to provide nursing operational advice and guidance.The role will also provide essential leadership to the Oranga Whānau programme of work with a strong focus on driving high standards of quality and safety and nursing excellence.This is fixed term role commencing at time of hire for a 12-month period.About the Team/Service/ LocationYou will be joining a passionate and committed Public Health Nursing Team that is committed to serving whanau and tamariki in the communities we serve.

You are a senior experienced nurse leader with expertise to advise, direct and develop the nursing workforce. You work well across multi-disciplinary teams with a collaborative and inclusive communication manner.
You have a keen eye for detail and proven experience in policy and protocol writing. You are committed to continuous improvement and look for opportunities to elevate and maintain nursing standards of practice.
