The RoleWe are seeking someone experienced in retail who is ideally knowledgeable about pharmacy.
Your role will be customer focused. Exceptional personal attention and top-notch customer service are very important to us. We're looking for a team player who is adaptable, mature, warm, confident, patient, friendly, a creative thinker and great with customers of all ages.
Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming are important.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical and natural health products would be an advantage.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers, multitasking between customers attentiveness and ongoing jobs.
- Serving customers and giving out prescriptions.
- Advising customers on appropriate retail products.
- General housekeeping, merchandising and stock maintenance.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Answer calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
- Experience in a retail environment and sales is advantageous but not essential.
Training is available to help you up-skill if needed.
Position details- Part-time position, including one weekend day. Minimum 24 hours per week.
- Applicants must have NZ Residency or a valid work visa.
