We are a well-established Registered Motor Vehicle Trader in Auckland with over 10 years' experience in the Motor Industry. We pride ourselves on the quality of our vehicles, our customer service and of course our professional attitude.
We currently have an opportunity available for the right person as Supply Chain Manager. We are looking for someone who able to look after the car stock and demand in New Zealand to supply local car dealers across New Zealand. All training will be provided!

Responsibility:
Inventory Management- Maintain accurate records of vehicle stock, including arrivals and departures.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure vehicles are properly documented with VINs, specifications, and conditions.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries with suppliers and transport companies.
- Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of vehicles to dealers or customers.
- Manage vehicle storage and organization within warehouses or lots.
- Oversee transportation logistics, minimizing costs and delays.
- Analyse demand trends and adjust stock levels accordingly.
- Plan stock rotations to avoid holding outdated or low-demand vehicles.
- Implement strategies to optimize warehouse space and efficiency.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all vehicles have proper titles, registrations, and inspection records.
- Comply with import/export regulations and tax requirements.
- Maintain records of damaged or defective vehicles and manage returns.
- Technology & Reporting
- Utilize inventory management software to track vehicle stock.
- Generate reports on stock movement, aging inventory, and sales performance.
- Implement data-driven decision-making to enhance stock efficiency.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience
- Experience in customer service would be an advantage

- Open full time work permit in New Zealand.
Flexible hours in request 9:30AM to 6:00 PM (Weekdays)! Minimum 32 Hours a week!!
